Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
